I expect communication when I buy things. But nothing. Ask for a refund. Then I get an email 4 days after requesting a refunding saying its been issued. Took them 4 days to start the Process. Not to be trusted.

At the time of your purchase, my website clearly stated that orders would take up to 3 weeks for dispatch, as I was away on my honeymoon. Despite this, you requested an immediate refund after your order, which I processed as soon as the funds cleared on my end.
A few days later, you placed a second order and again requested a refund shortly after, citing dissatisfaction with the dispatch time that was clearly noted on the website. I processed this refund as soon as possible once the funds were available. During our communication, you also requested my personal WhatsApp number and sent several concerning emails, which I was not comfortable with.
I always aim to provide excellent service, and I make every effort to be clear and transparent about dispatch times and policies. While I regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, I believe I handled the situation fairly and in line with the information provided on my site.
